FP says they're their new favorite band and compares their sound to Black Rebel Motorcycle Club or The Jesus & Mary Chain.

Mp3 blogs are big in the news these days. I don't really consider myself one per se, but I often see my site listed as such. Not that I can complain, it's always good to help me spread the gospel of Nordic music. After all, that is what this site is about. Check out this thread from Monkeyfilter for a great selection of other music bloggers. It's amazing how much good stuff is out there. And much thanks to Tofu Hut for including me. I just hope my bandwidth doesn't go too crazy out of control.

Danzig has announced that he's making another go with the 'Blackest of the Black' tour and will be taking Mayhem out on the road along with Death Angel and some others. It's not really relevant here, but the big news about the travelling fest is that Doyle from the Misfits is coming along as well. As Glenn himself says, "It's the closest thing to a Misfits reunion anyone is ever going to see!" Dates coming soon.

Every once in a long while I actually come through with some long-promised record reviews. Today is one of those days.
