Sparkling has announced that famed producer Dave "Rave" Ogilvie (Skinny Puppy, David Bowie, Marilyn Manson) will be remixing their track "The Hunger". The final product is due to be released on a new EP later this year along with three additional brand new tracks.

The Cumshots and the couple that engaged in live public sex during the band's Quart appearance have all been fined 10,000 kr (about $1,470) apiece for their participation in the debacle. Swedish power-pop act The Higher Elevations have confirmed that German-based label Little Teddy will release their new single "There is a Town" at the end of July. There's also a full-length in the works, due for release sometime around October. A ten-date tour will happen over there in November and I should have dates to post soon.
