The CD package will also contain a 20-page booklet including comments from At the Gates members, a map of the band history and more. The sentiment is cool, but I'm not terribly impressed with that lineup. Who knows though? Could still be great.
Rumors are floating around that vocalist Maniac has been kicked out of Mayhem and been replaced with Atilla, the guest singer from the classic "De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas" album. Their label denies it, but we'll see what actually happens.
Backyard Babies are travelling to the US for a one-off showcase gig at the Troubadour in LA on August 11. Support will come from Doheny, the new band featuring Jon "J.S." Clayden from Pitchshifter and ex-Cult bassist Billy Morrison.

Norwegian industrial black-metallers Red Harvest have set September 27 as the release date for their new album "Internal Punishment Programs".
Dan Swanö's new project Second Sky has signed with US label The End Records. The sound is described as "Post-Prog with a strong emphasis on big choruses and great vocal hooks" and is set to take influence from "Marillion ('85-'95 era), Kansas, Asia's first two albums and the 'non-prog years' of bands like Genesis, Pink Floyd, and Yes, among others."
