Gluecifer will forego opening for Monster Magnet in Vienna and Graz and will instead head back home to Norway for a big headlining gig. Sweden's Energy Rekords reports that both new releases from Children Within and Sista Mannen Pa Jorden will be out on February 27. They'll also both be doing an in-store together at Bengans in Göteborg on March 6.

Motörhead drummer Mikkey Dee will once again be joining Swedish dance sensation E-Type, this time as part of the live band for competing in the 'Swedish Eurovision Song Contest' on February 28 in Göteborg. Mikkey previously played with E-Type aka Martin Eriksson on the group's last tour where they performed hard-rock versions of their material. The upcoming Eurovision performance will feature a brand new song called "Paradise".

The Ladybug Transistor, Mattias Alkberg BD, Finishing School, Hip Whips, Eve & The Last Waltz and Jesper Larsson Band have been added to the Emmaboda Festival lineup.

The UK's Resonance FM will be broadcasting a special "pHinnWeb Audio Companion" hosted by DJ pHinn on March 1 at 23:30 GMT. The set will feature "Finnish electronic, experimental and marginal music from the late 1960s to this day" and can be listened to live via the online stream. The tracklist:
