Sweden's Arsedestroyer will be doing a split 7" with Japan's Red (Grind Osaka, ex-World) coming up later this year. The band plans to enter the studio sometime this summer to do the recording and the final product will be released by Japanese label Devour.
After six albums and fourteen years, Swedish thrashers The Crown have decided to throw in the towel. Since their humble beginnings as Crown of Thorns back when the Göteborg scene was just getting started, the band has toiled onward for very little reward while their peers often claimed the spotlight. Denmark's The Defectors hold the honor of having the 'Coolest Song In The World' on Little Steven's (Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, The Sopranos) syndicated radio show Underground Garage.
