New mp3 today from Andreas Meland, a rising star of the Norwegian experimental music scene. This featured cut is the title track "Deaf leoppard" from his new 3" CD that I'm now carrying in the mailorder. Like a lot of good minimalist music, you don't really notice it when you first put it on, but then it builds and builds and all of the sudden the whole room seems to be throbbing. Maybe you aren't into music that provokes such a physical effect, but I love it. Let it embrace and envelop you. Love it back.

I've installed some new newsletter software, so if you're signed up for the list and didn't receive anything last Friday please let me know. Likewise, if you've tried to subscribe and got an error message. I think I've got it set up properly, but one never knows for sure.
