Statoil nominees announced

The nominees for this year's lucrative by:Larm Statoil Grant have been announced and they are Harrys Gym, Ulver, Ost & Kjex, Kvelertak, Montée, 120 Days, Jenny Hval, Turns, Lukestar and I Was A King. Knut Schreiner aka Euroboy will be heading the jury making the final decision.

Baby Woodrose demos to get LP release

will be celebrating the 10-year anniversary of Baby Woodrose's debut album "Blows your mind" with the release of "Mindblowing seeds & disconnected flowers", a collection of 15 original 4-tracks demos that preceded the first record. The official release date is April 25 and it will be available on both CD and LP.

There's a new 7" from Betong Hysteria, one of Norway's first hardcore acts, out now via featuring eight previously unreleased tracks recorded back in late 1982. No idea what's up with this ridiculous eBay listing, but it can be picked for a very reasonable price via Tiger.
