Drummer Ebbe Frej (Epo-555, Lise Westzynthius, The Late Parade) has started a new label with his friend Mads Bøgh under the name Ha Ha Records. Mattias Hellberg & The White Moose will be doing a special live collaboration with renown sax player Jonas Kullhammar at the Göteborg Filmfestival on January 24.
Pop Detective Records will be doing a US release the latest album "Whatever rhymes with baby" from Norwegian pop-punk act The Yum Yums. It will be out in late February and will include two live covers as bonus tracks; "New York City" by Cub and "Earthquake song" by The Little Girls. Also look for the band to tour the Northeast with labelmate/bandmate/fellow Norwegian artist Vibeke in late March.
