In celebration of the release of KVLR's new album in the US today, I give you a new mp3 from the album. "Traitors and Thieves" is one of my favorite tracks and I hope you like it too.

I've also uploaded the first set of songs from a live Logh show. They're another one of my favorite bands who I strongly suggest checking out, especially for fans of dark, moody and evocative music. Enjoy!

Janne of Endstand reports that the band's been lying low recently after the birth of his son, but they are in fact working on new material. They plan on recording in May and the finished product should be released by Day After in late summer. They say the music is in the same vein as their last release "Hit and Run", but "with more progressed songwriting" and "less pop, more heaviness to be expected."

Samples of all the "Paradise" remixes as well as all the tracks from the new E-Type album "Loud Pipes Save Lives" are no online: http://www.e-type.se/

The UK's Heavenly Recordnings will be releasing a new Bear Quartet 7" with the tracks "Put Me Back Together" and "Ambulance". The latest album "Angry Brigade" is also getting distribution in England through Backs/Shellshock.

And in other Bear Quartet related news, there's gonna be a tribute album to the famous Swedish indierockers and you can hear Laakso's contribution right here: http://www.bearquartet.com/web_elements/audio/laakso_-_blizzard.mp3
