Silence has announced that they will release Tobias Fröberg's debut album on October 6.

Stockholm's Nutmeg, described as "the bastard child of Jon Spencer and PJ Harvey slapped around by Kurt Cobain", will release "Trelåtarsdemo" on Mafioso Rosso, the CDR label run by Johan of Hell On Wheels. I assume that's a 3-song CD then?

They'll be playing the The International Pop Overthrow Festival in London at the end of October and will also be hitting Germany for a week and a half starting on September 30.

Last Days of April will be releasing the new single "Live the end" in October. In other news, the band will finally rerelease the "Henrik" 7" and their self-titled album later this month. "Henrik" will now be available as a 3" CD and both new discs will now include one unreleased bonus track apiece.

The new When album "Whenever" has been set for a November 1 release date on Jester Records.

Dismember has recruited Johan Bergebäck as their new bassplayer. The guy who used to hold down the job, Rickard Cabeza, lives in Texas nowadays, so needless to say, the whole commuter was not working out. Johan has been supporting the band as a session player for some time now, so it's a natural fit.
