John Alexander Ericson has announced that his new acoustic album "Savannah Songs" is finished and just about ready for release. The barebones album contains nine tracks that consists solely of voice, guitar, string machine and the backing vocals of Lisa Veit. Swedish singer/songwriter Johan Bergqvist finally secured himself a proper distribution deal and will be rereleasing all three of his records in Sweden on October 13.

Danish singer/songwriter Tina Dickow (aka Tina Dico), best known so far for her work with Zero 7, is coming to the US to do some touring. She'll be playing on the radio show "Morning Becomes Eclectic" today and you can listen live at kcrw.com and will be performing again at the King King in LA this evening.
