In Flames report that they already have 12 new songs written for their next album and will begin tracking drums in May. A fall release perhaps?
Seems that Kim Hiorhøy won't be opening for The Boredoms in the US after all. Due to "some confusion and misunderstanding" Kim will instead do a few smaller dates in the US at around the same time (mid-to-late May).

It's been delayed quite a bit, but it seems that ex-Midnight Choir vocalist Paal Flaata will finally release his debut solo album "Rain" on April 11. The first single will be for the song "It Will All Come Down".

Swedish hip-hop label Redline Records has signed Kalle Kath and will release the new EP "jag kan dö nu" on April 20.
Maryslim will be putting out a new MCD called "My time" on Wild Kingdom later on this spring featuring the album track of the same name from their most recent release "Split vision". B-sides will include the exclusive cuts "Down & out" and "What it takes" as well as the Kiss cover "C'mon and love me" and the Turbonegro classic "No beast so fierce". A video is in production for the lead track with director Charlie Granberg and will be included on the disc as well.

I'm not sure when it'll be released, but the record consists of live recordings of the band performing will all sorts of guest vocalists such as Håkan Hellström and Magnus Carlsson (Weeping Willows) doing CK's standard repertoire of reggae and soul classics. Should be a good time, I'd imagine.
