Melody Club have revealed that US label The Saturday Team will be launching the band in the States with a CD featuring various cuts from the band's two records. Danish Americana act The First Miles is heading back into the studio to begin work on their second album, the follow-up to 2005's excellent "Aim for the heart, go!" (available here). They say the music of the new one will "follow the trails from the first album," with "20% more summer rain, 15% more dark forests, and a tiny shovel full of burning hard desert."
